We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Accountant bilingual- Mandarin

Oversee the maintenance of the General Ledger and Accounts Payable functions, ensuring all accounts are reconciled and that financial data is accurate. Lead the month-end closing process to ensure timely financial reporting. Prepare and review journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information for monthly reports and financial analysis. Analyze significant variances and provide insights to senior management. Provide support during internal and external audits. Prepare audit schedules and work papers and perform FS / TB / GL line and specific account detail reconciliations. Manage and reconcile daily cash transactions. Monitor bank balances and oversee cash-system transaction workflows within AP and AR. Identify opportunities to streamline accounting workflows to improve data integrity and reporting speed. Perform additional accounting/finance projects and analyses assigned. Your Profile 6+ years of accounting experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, NetSuite), advanced Excel, and Power BI. Experience with inventory and cost management and cycle counts is a plus. Ability to mentor junior staff and manage high-volume transactional workflows. Detail-oriented, strong communication and problem-solving skill
